An elegant-looking Hilary was spotted by the shutterbugs shooting her scenes for her guest arc on Gossip Girl with co-star Penn Badgley and a friend yesterday morning,September 1 in New York City, NY.
Hilary arrived on set looking casual, but was later clad in a glamorous mini-dress, a matching headband, gold shoes and loads of pearl necklaces when it was time to shoot scenes.
